Villa Pedone is the perfect spot to explore Tuscany! The pool and garden are great for relaxing, and the WiFi is a lifesaver. But hey, don't forget to bring your whole family for check-in, including your noisy kids!

Can't wait to find out how the GPS navigation system handles "putting in the following address"! Such a thrill.

I stayed at Villa Pedone for a week and it truly felt like stepping back in time to the 1930s. The furniture, frescoes on the walls and ceiling, and hidden doors added to the authentic charm. The climate was perfect, and the amenities like the swimming pool, AC, and wifi made it comfortable. Plus, they always had chilled wine, beer, and fruits available. The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and supportive. The location was ideal, offering privacy on the hillside with limited contact with others, while still being close to attractions like Pisa and other Tuscan destinations.

    Can recommend this hotel.

Villa Pedone is a great starting-point for day trips. Loved the garden with pool. GPS navigation input was super helpful. Natural beauty of Botanical Gardens and Pinocchio tree. Free WiFi! Had to drag my lazy kids to check-in, but hey, rules are rules!

The convenience of having my children with me at check-in. Such a joy.

I stayed at this beautiful authentic Tuscan villa for a few nights and it was the perfect escape from city life. The location is stunning, surrounded by ancient vineyards and olive trees. The house itself is amazing, with lovely furnishings and original details. I spent hours relaxing in one of the living rooms, immersed in the peaceful ambiance. The hospitality was outstanding, with tea/coffee/snacks and fruits available all day. The swimming pool was a great addition, and the entire experience was a 10 out of 10.

The rooms were comfortable and the villa had a lovely atmosphere. The highlight was the beautiful pool and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast provided was the best we had during our road trip. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The location of the hotel is perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay on the hillside, with limited contact with others. The villa itself is a throwback to the 1930s, with beautiful furnishings and frescoes on the walls and ceilings. The rooms are comfortable, with amenities such as AC, wifi, and even chilled wine, beer. the friendly and supportive owner and his family add to the positive experience.

Finding the villa at night can be a bit challenging, as it is off the beaten path and best found before nightfall.

I stayed at this amazing hillside hotel for two nights and was blown away by the breathtaking view, even from the toilet! The location is great, although a car is necessary to get around. The spacious room and bathroom with large windows were a treat, and the 24-hour free tea and coffee were a nice touch. The kitchen with a large fridge for personal use was convenient, and the beautiful garden and unique atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Set on a picturesque hill covered in olive trees, this Italian villa offers stunning views. The spacious, traditional rooms feature modern bathrooms. Enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast with fresh fruit and breads. The friendly owner treats guests to homemade red wine and a bowl of tempting treats. Stay here for an authentic Italian experience.

The villa had a stunning view of the surrounding countryside and mountains, creating a charming and unforgettable atmosphere. The staff was responsive, helpful, and nice, ensuring that everything was as it should be during our stay. the villa was beautifully decorated with period furniture and artwork, truly giving us the feeling of staying in an Italian villa.

The lack of an extra blanket for the bed, which would have been appreciated. the villa's location was a bit difficult to find at night, making it important to locate before nightfall.
